Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only if the delivered product differs from your order or if there is a defect within three months of receipt. If the product is out of stock, we may notify you of a return instead of an exchange.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product for any returns or exchanges. Beyond this period, the product will no longer be eligible for return or exchange.
Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Products with the following conditions are not eligible for return or exchange:
• The product is damaged or scratched due to customer mishandling.
• The product has been used or washed.
• The product’s packaging, tags, accessories, or included items are missing.
• The product was purchased from another store.
Return Process
1. Contact Period: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. After 7 days, the product will no longer be eligible for return or exchange. If the product is out of stock, we may notify you of a return instead of an exchange.
2. Submit Photos: Send the requested photos via email. We will carefully review them and notify you if your return or exchange request is approved.
3. Ship Back the Product: We will send you a FedEx return waybill via email. Please print it and attach it to the return package. You can arrange a pickup by contacting FedEx. We will cover all associated costs, including shipping fees and customs duties.
4. Inspection and Shipment: Upon receiving the returned product, we will carefully inspect its condition and proceed with shipping the new product via FedEx. A tracking number will be provided once the new product is shipped. All costs, including shipping fees and customs duties, will be covered by us.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, labels, accessories, and gift cards (if applicable). Please ensure the product is shipped back within 7 days of receiving return approval.
